2010 JCI President (Junior Chamber International), he is a man of great values and is passionate for Africa.

Born on April 4th, 1971 in Yaoundé, Cameroon, Roland KWEMAIN holds a Master Degree in International Management from IAE- Poitiers – France and a Diploma on Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development from the World Bank Institute. He is the Chairman of Go Ahead Africa Ltd, a Training and Coaching firm whose objective is to contribute to the development of Africa by strengthening the capacities of its development actors. As part of its CSR policy, Go Ahead Africa Ltd organizes the Cameroon Leadership and Entrepreneurship Academy, a free annual program focused on training, empowerment and providing networking opportunities to 100 young Cameroonian leaders and entrepreneurs. He is also a CMF President Emeritus.

He is an Impactful leader who inspires, an excellent speaker, trainer and coach who has the keys and the right words to awaken the power of leadership that lies dormant in every individual, especially among young people. He facilitates Coaching topics on various TV channels and Social Networks.

He is author of the autobiographical book: The IMPACT of ONE and the founder of IMPACTALKS Concept (a Monthly Training/Talk designed for Top and Middle Management desiring to boost their Performance).

Roland KWEMAIN has travelled to more than 90 countries.

He speaks perfectly French and English and lives in the beautiful city of Buea in Cameroon with his wife Marjolaine and his 3 children (Patrice William, Diane and Enzo B.)
