What can I say? You need to be there to believe. CUIB has been the best decision I made in my life. I can remember my first day at the university where during break, I ate at the same table with our president Fr. George Nkeze not knowing he was the one. That’s crazy! The staff and lecturers are friendly as I have never seen before. CUIB gave me the opportunity to participate in international competitions. Today, I can proudly say I have technical skills which I can market every where in the world. With entrepreneurial activities, CUIB helped me to grow up my mindset and become a solution provider for our continent Africa. With the acquired skills and mindset, I had more than three companies ready to hire me upon graduation. Going through CUIB, I became the best version of myself. Thank you CUIB!

My journey at the City of Saints and Scholars has been such an exciting experience. I had never seen faculty, especially those of my most esteemed School of Agriculture and Natural Resources who showed so much concern for their students, so passionate about what they do. CUIB has instilled in me the importance of giving back through volunteerism and community service activities. CUIB has positively affected every aspect of my life, morally, spiritually, and educationally. Having a long history with CUIB, I consider this growth mind set university, one of the best in Cameroon which I recommend totally. For me, the journey through CUIB started back in 2015 when I joined the Institution in my freshman year. Everything was amazing; from the staff and faculty who were friendly, helpful, passionate, respectful and keen to teach respectively. It was an interesting transformation process of my person, and made me the awesome man I am today.

Today in 2019, I can attest that I am a servant leader, a Saint and Scholar, an Entrepreneur and an engineer and it is only through CUIB that it was possible. All I can say is thank you CUIB for accompanying through my journey.

I used to believe that to excel in life all you need are good grades. In CUIB, a good student is one who is able to blend extra curricula activities with studies. CUIB made it possible for me to be selected for entry into a 5-week cultural exchange and leadership program in the USA where entrepreneurial mindset individuals seek solutions to problems. Today, prior to commencement I have found a place to make my mark in the job world – working with ENTS project solutions as a Telecom engineer and office manager.

Studying at CUIB has been an amazing experience, not just for my educational career but in life. It has indeed, added more value than expected and made me more of a leader than I thought I was. Leaving CUIB, I aim to further my studies in the field of Cyber Security with the aim of achieving a PhD someday and my own Cyber Security company. I am happy to be, a member of the School of Information Technology of the CUIB family.

I developed my leadership and professional skills as well as managerial skills.  What inspires me the most is how much the faculty and staff are readily willing to sacrifice everything for us to create jobs as well as get the best jobs. My four years at CUIB have been excellent and a memory to cherish for a lifetime. The years spent here have been full of learning opportunities. At CUIB I had an opportunity to be on a work-study program in my fourth year as the assistant network administrator of the Douala satellite campus and after my fourth year, CUIB gave me the opportunity to be the network administrator of the Buea campus. I will always be grateful to them for providing me a platform of practical learning and preparing me for the corporate life.

I have had enriching experiences during my stay in CUIB.  I want to thank CUIB for all the skills they permitted me to develop; like leadership skills and the sense of competitiveness.  Also, through the EOC time I did every day during my four years of study, I developed an enhanced level of spirituality. CUIB develops in each of its students the capacity to become an Entrepreneur in real life.  I spent four years of enjoyment, improvement in spirituality and a lot of lasting experiences such as the Trade fair and the Boot camp just to name a few.  I want to say a big thank you to CUIB.
